No I still don't have any boxes etc!!! I've had this problem before!!!! HELP!!

I was logged in and the boxes are not there!!! Logged out and signed it now thanks.

Done the survey, click on on the blue name and it takes you to the petition, add your comments and press the red box, and you are done.
