Hi I have Hashimoto for 10 years now dignosed with Addison’s after having a gastric bypass a year ago

Sorry to hear you've been diagnosed with Addisons. The Addisons website is a great source of information if you haven't found it already. addison.org.uk. Also if you are on Facebook then there is a great group which is very helpful & informative called UK Addisons disease info & support group. Members have a great deal of knowledge. I have secondary adrenal insufficiency as well as thyroid issues.

After gastric bypass you presumably have all your vitamin levels tested regularly and take lots of vitamin supplements

Please add latest results and ranges for vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 and helpful if you say exactly what supplements you take

Obviously very good levels of all these vitamins (and magnesium too) are required for Levothyroxine to work well

As you have Hashimoto's are you on strictly gluten free diet?

I am a Phleboomist my levels are ok

And I am not gluten free

I can’t eat much any way because of my gastric bypass
