If you took part in the free training as part of a study called ‘Hashimoto’s Heart’ - a collaboration between hashimoto.help and Maastricht University in the Netherlands - healthunlocked.com/thyroidu... - the researchers of this study need your help.

The researchers are collating the data now but it seems that only 13 people have fully completed the end of study questionnaire.

It is very important that this questionnaire is completed as it will help future Hashimoto's disease patients.

If you have completed the training but lost the link to the questionnaire or haven't completed the questionnaire for any other reason, please try to complete it as soon as you can.

You can access the questionnaire here:

passionateorganizations.lim...

If you can't complete the questionnaire for some reason, the researchers are keen to hear from you - info@hashimoto.help
