Nothing's good to take WITH your levo, but you could take it a few hours after.
Ashwagandha is likely to reduce your cortisol. Which is why it will have a calming effect on those with high cortisol. But if your cortisol is already low, it's not such a good idea.
As a general rule, I do not like these bunches of things stuffed into one pill. There's usually something that doesn't suit. Much better to take the ingredients individually - even if it does mean popping a lot of pills. At least you are in charge. Why not just try a little 5htp and see if that helps. Or, maybe you're just under-medicated for your thyroid, because being hypo will cause anxiety. In which case probably none of these things will help.
I looked at a supplement which included lemon balm and decided against it as it apparently can decrease the effectiveness of Levo and other replacement thyroid hormones:
