My tsh level droppen from its long time level of 4.5 to 0.01. Doctor Saïd it was in normaal range so is ok. Can it drop so much withouten any effects?
As Í wasn’t feeling too Well he tested T3 ( never testen this before) got a phone call to say that that wasn’t good and he halved my dosage of cytomel.
So now I take euthyrox 112mg and cytomel 12.5mg
My main symptom is tiredness...yawning all day, sweating not just a little but heavily, dripping wet hair in this warm weather. Which I hate. Can’t stand the heat at all. Generally feeling very “down”

Your TSH is bound to drop like that when you add in T3. But TSH doesn't cause any effects at all. It has two jobs: one is to stimulate the thyroid to make thyroid hormone and obviously it can't do that because you're hypo; the other job is to stimulate conversion of T4 to T3. If you start taking T3 'ready-made' then it isn't needed for that, either, so the pituitary stops making it. It's not going to have any other effect.
How much levo and how much Cytomel were you taking before the endo dropped it? It's always best to give all the details, like blood test results and ranges, dates and doses, if you want advice.
I was taking 112mg euthyrox and 25 mg cytomel before. No endo just my GP. Heathen tested T3 and halved the cytomel. He didn't say what the levels were. I have an appointment with the practice nurse this afternoon. I will ask for a print out of my last 4 thyroid blood tests. I have absolutely no understanding of levels etc. I just know I feel really bad at the moment.
OK, that would be good. Make sure you get the ranges, though. Then, if you post them on here, people will help you understand. It really is important to understand your labs, so that you can discuss them intelligently with the doctor - well, you will be intelligent, anyway! lol And you can then give informed consent to any changes in your dose. That should happen anyway, but doctors prefer to act like dictators and not ask your advice. You will now be able to insist.
