Any supplement for hipothyroidism?? Hair loss too

Hi everyone it's me again,what supplements would you recommend me about hipothyroidism,while I'm having hair loss ,heavy menstruation,any advice please!

We would recommend you get your nutrients tested before taking any supplements. They will only do you any good if you need them. More is not better.

So, ask your doctor to test vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin. Then if you post the results and the ranges, people will be able to help you plan your supplementing based on the results.

No, I've never heard of that.

But, if you have that, then surely you know what you need. We can't know without seeing levels.
