Hi there, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto last year and since then with the help of this forum I have experimented with lots of supplements and a healthy diet. I have recently increased Levo to 150 which has given me hope i am on the right track, enough to return to work. However, after two busy days I feel totally exhausted and ache everywhere. Also I still can't shift my excess weight which isn't helping with the fatigue. I was wondering if I sourced t3 it would make a difference? Can anyone recommend a supplier ?
Thanks in advance

Members will be more forthcoming with T3 suppliers if you can share your latest blood results TSH, T3 & T4.
You need all three of them so we can see what is going on with your current levo dosage, it could be your not converting your T4 (Levo) into T3, but, without any results we can't see.
If your GP doesn't test all three, then the only option is to have private bloods taken. Try medi checks or blood horizon.
I haven't looked at any of your previous posts, but, presume your vitamin levels are ok now?
Have you tried going gluten free with having Hashimoto's?
