This is my first post so please bear with me. I was diagnosed UAT end of March 2017. Move forward to today still have all the symptoms but my GP is unable to help due to current legislation. When on 75mcg Levothyroxine my Thyroid Function was with medichecks TSH 1.78 (0.27 - 4.20), T4 15.1 (12.00 - 22.00) and T3 2.94 (3.10 - 6.80) because I was feeling so rubbish asked for an increase in my Levo to 100mcg. These are what came back today from GP TSH 0.170 (0.2 - 5.0), T4 20.9 (10.0 - 24.0) and T3 0.9 (1.3 - 3.1). Obviously, GP concerned with TSH but we had to agree to differ on that subject told him I wasn't going back to 75mcg. He wrote to an Endo at Manchester and he sent a letter back stating that the cost of Liothyronine to NHS is in his words astronomical so he also cannot get funding to prescribe and has had it refused. All my other Vitamins and minerals are now optimal as I have spent 12 months getting these right. Now at a loss. Want to source T3 myself but some of the websites I have been on look a bit iffy, to say the least. Can someone please PM me with a website they use please that is reliable. Thank you
