A couple of online German pharmacies have told me they won't be accepting UK prescriptions (in my case for T3) after Brexit.

Sorry to hear that Quokka, what do you plan to do?

Someone from this forum kindly recommended a supplier outside the EU for a different brand. It's a shame because I really like the German T3.

Have you tried it yet? Did you like the German one better than Mercury?

I've been on Thybon Henning for about a year. I much prefer it to Mercury - it makes me feel more awake. Plus it has a long shelf life and comes in proper blister packs. I'll be sorry if I can't get it any more.

I’ll be interested to hear how you get on with your new supplier. Hopefully a way of keeping the Thybon might develop?

Can you tell me where you purchased it outside the EU? I really want to stock pile my t3 so I can stop worrying.

I'm still getting my prescriptions and buying from Germany

OK. Can you tell me who the other supplier is (the one recommended to you)?

My worry is that there’ll be a new approach to identifying the ones that need T3 / NDT - the ones admitted to hospital when supplies run out. Trouble is, I have no confidence that the medical profession could identify hypothyroidism!

lbc.co.uk/radio/presenters/... "He described a medical supplies company who buy their materials from the EU and asked Mr Davis: "This company cannot buy the products from their European suppliers because the European suppliers don't know what's happening with insurance. They can insure the goods to the border of the channel, but can't insure it to the border."
