Hi all, any thoughts about medication availability after we leave EU. Heard some worrying stuff about stockpiling 😨😨
Brexit!: Hi all, any thoughts about medication... - Thyroid UK
Brexit!
A couple of online German pharmacies have told me they won't be accepting UK prescriptions (in my case for T3) after Brexit.
Sorry to hear that Quokka, what do you plan to do?
Someone from this forum kindly recommended a supplier outside the EU for a different brand. It's a shame because I really like the German T3.
Have you tried it yet? Did you like the German one better than Mercury?
I've been on Thybon Henning for about a year. I much prefer it to Mercury - it makes me feel more awake. Plus it has a long shelf life and comes in proper blister packs. I'll be sorry if I can't get it any more.
My worry is that there’ll be a new approach to identifying the ones that need T3 / NDT - the ones admitted to hospital when supplies run out. Trouble is, I have no confidence that the medical profession could identify hypothyroidism!
Thanks seasidesuzy, interesting read.

They can insure the goods to the border of the channel, but can't insure it to the border."
