Thyroid rest results

Can anyone make head or tail of these results please? I am 45 female. Have pernicious anaemia which I get 3 monthly vit 12 injections for. I have psoriatic arthritis. I feel very tired all the time. Mood swings, one minute sweating the next freezing, headaches, sore limbs and muscle aches. My eye sight has deteriorated the past two years. My GP have me these results this morning and put me on a course of iron. Any ideas? Please help😷

Hi Amanda, your thyroid is producing SOME hormone but as you can see it is very low in the range. Surprisingly your FT3 is higher in the range. Your TSH is perfect but I do wonder if adding T4 would help you. Ferritin is essential for your thyroid hormone to work.

Isn't your arthritis due to a gut issue? You don't have antibodies for thyroid but are there some for your arthritis? Working on gut health is pretty straight forward. A ketogenic diet is useful for some of it. This goes into some of your test results.
