Ongoing rash
I'm recently diagnosed hashimoto's and started suffering what I thought was prickly heat. I've never suffered before even when really hot temperatures abroad for example. After some research mine seemed more likely to be Polymorphous light eruption as it was only happening in the sun and can be more common in hashi cases. Not sure if this is helpful or not but have a Google and see if it resembles your rash x
Hi
I get a rash on my chest and face, which after several decades I have worked out is caused by long sun exposure - kind of little raised red bumps which can be a bit itchy. Have never asked the gp about it but if I use sunscreen I don't get the rash. Not sure if it's yet another symptom of thyroid disorder, but it has got worse since I went through the menopause. Possibly connected to lower levels of melanin in our skin after the change.
Thanks to all those who replied. Think you are right. Probabaly due to hot weather
