Can anyone recommend somewhere that does test D102 there is a link on thyriod uk but the number seems to no longer be in use and i have had no luck e mailing either.

This is the link from TUK - is it the information you want? If you are dialling from outside the UK, you need 0044 first before the rest of the number 203 etc.

The test is called DIO2 (that is, three letters and a number) not a letter and three numbers.
This might make a big difference when you are looking/searching for information.
