Hi all I had my left thyroid removed 5 years ago now, I am hypothyroidism, but still I am back and forth to the doctors I went 8 months ago and was put on iron tablets for 6 months this helped get my iron back up, but I still felt extremely tired I have now had my Levo upped again to 175mcg but for 5 years my doctor is changing my dose anything from 150mcg upto 200mcg is this normal to feel constantly tired...

In order to advise have you got your blood results including ranges?

We can then see what’s happening with your thyroid.

Is your doctor dosing by the TSH? If so, that's probably the reason you're not improving!
