Thyroid blood test report

I have been taking lowest dose of livothyroxine for the last 5 years. These are my latest reports. Please can someone suggest what they mean.

How do you feel? Without active FT3 is rather difficult to tell what is happening re your thyroid health from blood test ....but usually suggested your TSH should be 1or under, and your FT4 is not even half way thru range...so I would suggest up your dose by 25 mcg ( you said minimum dose for 5 years- was this 25 or 50 mcg?) , then retest after 6 weeks, and if necessary up 25 mcg again etc. Just noticed these results are 7 months old - might be worth retesting with FT3, and VitD, b12, folate and ferritin levels too. Ever had throid autoimmune antibodies (TPO and TgAb) tested, for Hashimoto's disease? Most of us use private labs like Medichecks or Blue Horizon for this.
