mycare.de ordering

I am trying to source Thybon Henning now that Versandapo is not shipping it. I know people have recommended mycare.de. Has anyone used this website and if so did you fill out the German ordering form or is there an English one?

I’ve been trying to order for weeks and think I might have done it at last!

First I sent my prescription (with a letter in English to say what I wanted) by recorded delivery, which was a mistake. It went to a PO box with no-one to sign for it, so it was sent back to me. It got to them okay by ordinary mail.

I’ve had emails from the company with the wrong information. For example, it wasn’t true that I could pay by Paypal. Also, they did want me to use the online form in German to order. There’s nothing on the website to confirm the order, but after a few days, I had an automated email in German asking me to pay by bank transfer. (I don’t speak German so had to use Google translate.)

So now they have all they need- prescription, online order and bank transfer- hopefully I’ll get my Thybon Henning soon!

Yes never send tracked and signed for to a PO Box

Also the small print at the bottom of the site says shipping is 17EUR to the UK, which wasn't in any of their emails.
