And I have no clue what the practioner code is. Can anyone help me?

It's for Genova, five digits apparently. Thanks x

Hi lala, You need to quote the individual test code as listed on the TUK / Genova leaflet downloadable from this page:

thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

.

Thanks RedApple. I was thinking that was too simple ;-) See what thought did.

Hi Lorraine

I hope you got sorted - Genova tests have to be ordered by phone, not online. :-)

Thanks Louise. I didn't realise and emailed my address and received a lovely email from Paul today saying he sent the kit out. I guess I call him up to pay by phone when returning it. I normally have all tests done at Ross Hall via the Doctors laboratory in London but this is the only one they don't do.xx

Looks like you went with BH instead. :-)

Oh Louise, I don't know if it's New York or New Year here ;-) I have been waiting weeks on my active B12 results and saw the consultant last night, the lab did basic b12 by mistake and it had all been sorted previously by email and phone calls yet still they mucked it up. Am having a bad week here. Will be glad when school holidays are over I can tell you ;-) x

lol! Yeah, me too! Am lucky that Lyn lets me drag them to work with me if I need to - but they can stop me getting on properly sometimes! *sigh*
