I just love this young woman. It's only over the last few months that I have delved into her website, articles etc. She is amazingly knowledgeable, she's desperate to help & explain having got herself healed from Hashi's, she writes in a clear and concise way which is easy to understand. Also she mails out free e-articles on many different subjects covering Hashi's (including recipes covering at least a week) - you only have to fill in forms on her website.
