Ask GP to refer you to an Endocrinologist. Or /and do following blood tests:

FT3

FT4

TPO (Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies )

Tg (Thyroglobulin )

ALSO :

Vitamin D, Calcium; B12 & Folate and Ferritin.

Ask about having Adrenals checked also.

I'd get started on a 50 mcg dose of levothyroxin from Gp asap; am assuming your Vit D, folate and ferritin levels are at higher end of ranges since you have had your B12 tested and supplemented, if not increase these ( see SeasideSusie's regular replies to posts re vit/ min levels and how to improve them). Have your two autoimmune antibodies been tested for Hashimoto's? Not sure you need to see an endocrinologist unless there seems a problem when on levothyroxin, but certainly worth improving your thyroid health with levothyroxin etc before getting to see a specialist( who might be more interested in diabetes anyway; few doctors interested in Hashimoto's- best advice thru this forum).

Have you had any tests to check your Adrenal function? Any possible Adrenal issue needs to be resolved before staring on Levothyroxine.

The above link takes you to the B12 website detailing the neurological symptoms of LOW B12. If you have any of those symptoms then the treatment approach differs - in that you need injections every other day until things stop improving. Please have your Folate tested ASAP as this too may need treatment if low in range and folate/folic Acid works with the B12 in the body in an important way. Your Folate needs to be mid-range. VitD needs to be over 100 and Ferritin around 70.

Low B12 often goes hand in hand with Low Thyroid. complete Thyroid testing - TSH - FT4 - FT3 and the Thyroid Anti-bodies TPO & Tg.

Always obtain copies of your blood test results - with ranges - they are legally yours. It also makes posting here easier - as people are then able to make suggestions. Ranges are requested as labs do vary up and down the country !
