So from your other thread you say your GP has prescribed folic acid, that's fine as your folate level is below range.

Do you have any signs of B12 deficiency? You can check here but with your level I guess it's unlikely b12deficiency.info/signs-an...

You will get a different answer about your B12 level over on the PA forum where I see you've posted your results, but here we mention an extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:

"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550". "For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."

so if you want to supplement to raise your level then if no signs of B12 deficiency you could use sublingual methylcobalamin lozenges 1000mcg.

Ferritin: 44 (15-300) This is too low, it should be half way through it's range. Your thyroid hormone can't work properly with this level. You can help raise your level by eating liver regularly, maximum 200g per week due to it's high Vit A content, and including lots of iron rich foods in your diet apjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/in...

C-reactive protein is high. This is a marker for inflammation or infection but it is non-specific so to know what's causing it further investigation would be required if it remains high.

Everything else appears fine.

As previously mentioned, you need FT4 and FT3, plus thyroid antibodies (TPO and TG) if not already done. It's not possible to get a full thyroid picture from TSH alone.

To complete your nutrient profile, you also need Vit D testing.
