Sertraline- is this the reason ?

I’m slowly understanding hypothyroidism

However, I’ve just been reading of the effects of Sertraline on thyroid hormones.

I’ve recently weaned myself off Sertraline, having taken it for around 10 years

I had a partial thyroidectomy 40 years ago but I’m now wondering if Sertraline has caused recent problems with my thyroid

Any advice please

Thanks

Yes, my main problem was weight gain and decreased thyroid hormone(ft4).
