It is an interesting read.

My research shows it can be related to so many things. My wondering was if there are antibodies present , then there are antibodies present. Why is there a threshold ? E.g. <35 is negative

Possibly because they think that below that threshold the quantity of antibodies will not cause noticeable damage?
