Does anyone know what has less effect on the liver? T3 or NDT tablets?

I've heard T3 can be quite bad for the liver but wasn't sure

I'd need to see where this was stated but of course it doesn't make sense as our bodies make T3.

everything we eat, drink, absorb goes through the liver so as liothironine is synthetic this will require more work by the liver than ndt, I guess. Ndt contains fillers that the liver has to filter too.
