Nitric oxide is a key signaling molecule throughout the body. Produced by the endothelial cells lining the arteries, it penetrates the underlying smooth muscles and acts as a potent vasodilator that relaxes the arteries. Therefore, nitric oxide plays a critical role in blood pressure and overall circulation.

Thanks Heloise this looks brilliant I will be starting this tonight and trying to keep it up for the next few weeks! It looks so simply, will let you know how I get on. Kind regards 💐

I will, too. Oxygenating is so important. He just explained that with leaky gut you cannot hydrate your body very well. I guess that explains our dry skin and constipation. This man is devoted to healing our gut and therefore our metabolism. All the videos I have watched are completely enlightening.

Just done my first 3 sets. It looked really easy but I was exhausted! Lol 😜

LOL, you are better than me. I can only do two sets.

Work your way up to three, two is better than none! Lol

Hi how’s it going? I can manage two repetitions but three would defo kill me! I’m going to go for two reps three times a day and then up them if I can. Lol 😝

I like it although I left the house after one session and was playing golf and visiting friends and now it's 10:30 so too late to do another session and try to sleep although maybe just a quick run through. I should have made my friends do it with me, haha. My daughter is an athlete and runs but she is going to do it, too. I'm interested in getting oxygen to the brain mainly. I think it's good to work up to three rather than exhaust yourself.

There is a guideline which requests that you let people know why they might wish to follow a link and what they will find there. Please add a sentence to explain.

If you do not, some people will just go straight past and not look even though they might have been interested. Others will follow and look and then wonder why they wasted their time and bandwidth.

14. If you post a link, please at least explain briefly what people can expect to find if they follow the link. Links without such an introduction/explanation may be deleted.

So sorry, Rod. I should have explained it is a four-minute workout. This workout releases nitric oxide which oxygenates the muscles.

Thank you - I know many people are reluctant to use links without knowing more. Me included. With poor broadband speed, I don't like wasting ludicrous lengths of time waiting for a video to buffer if it doesn't really offer something. :-)

I didn't know that as I usually use a computer and have high speed. I know many use their phones and I could never use mine without lots of frustration.

Members have asked about nitric oxide and I've tried to find ways to produce more with supplements so am hoping this short workout helps all of us.

Thank you Heloise, I thought I would put that link on my PS4 and have a go. Hopefully I’ll get my husband doing it too if it isn’t going to be a bad thing for him to try, he’s just been diagnosed with Prostate cancer.

Hi Ellie, you may want to check out this man's website. He was also developing chemo drugs but decided there had to be a better way to cure cancer.....getting the body to do it. He has a product that looks and appears like water but definitely has an effect. The exercise is secondary to his real pursuit of curing leaky gut which in turn may cause other healing. My other post that day was his interview where he talks about what starts cancer. Also look into IP6 even with chemo if you plan to. Wishing you the best.

Thank you for that but he has opted for removal by robotic surgery.

Just waiting for a call from the hospital in Guildford to start it all going.

My brother had his prostate out a year ago but his was general surgery and took longer to recover, robotic is the newest way to do it and is much better apparently. x

Hi Bettan, he's really a endocrinologist plus two other certifications. He understands leaky gut and had developed an energized mineral water?? called restore4life that closes the gut junctions that leak. He talks about it on you tube. Zack Bush is very bright and reminds me of Dr. Bergman.

Thank you for the link which also looks interesting. Yes I think that Dr Bergman is brilliant.
