For few days now, I increased my levothyroxine, from 125mcg to 137mcg . I take the levo. +T3(6,25mcg) first in the morning but today I noticed that after 2 hrs a strange energy + anxiety + tunnel sharp vision and then I felt a strong drowsiness. On 125mcg I didn't feel good so my endo suggested me raise my dose a little. My ft4 is around 15 (12-22) and tsh, 0,52. What can i do ?
I thought to split the dose; 100mcg levo. in the morning and 37 at bedtime...

What is your FT3 result? If taking T3 it's essential that FT3 is tested.
Depending on how well you convert T4 to T3, the increase in Levo may have increased your FT3.
Splitting your dose of Levo won't make any difference. It's a storage hormone/pro-hormone so has no immediate effect. Some people take their Levo in one weekly dose.
Thank you SeasideSusie, the problem is that the symptoms are upsetting me ( I have described above) after I take the dose, and that's why I thought to split the dose. the last ft3 (on 125mcg) is 4,8 (3,8-6,2).
