well it showed high levels of calcium in hair. very high levels. do not know wat that means. other than supposedly slow oxidizer and someone in state of sever stress and distress. which is true.

Thank you, have you had your serum calcium tested to see if it shows it is high?

The one I did provided a pretty comprehensive feedback. Among other things, it identified that I had a slow metabolism - possibly due to low stomach acid which means that absorption was affected and it was suggested that I take a digestive enzyme when eating meals containing protein etc. They gave a run down of how some of the minerals were low or high in comparison with others. Am high on zinc and selenium but low on copper. Low copper could explain why I bruise so easily. Am low on vitamin E so was advised to supplement. Was advised not to supplement vitamin D or C. An adrenal support combo was suggested etc. Don't have the report in front of me so having to do this from memory.

After 3 months, another hair sample is tested to monitor how things are progressing / amend the regimen etc.

The link for where I got mine done is: https//mineralcheck.com. I think the fee was about £69..When I was flicking through web pages to find the above link, I noted another company carrying out hair analysis tests that requires only 4 hairs with roots still attached - which is substantially less hair than the company I went through asked for - and their fee was only £59 and includes a comprehensive hair test including 115 foods + pathogens, toxins and nutrients; a personal 9 page report; a 24 page health guide; an online and postal results service and a 15 minute phone consultation. There are many other companies advertising similar services so best to shop around to get the best fit.

Hope this helps.
