Well for a start your previous post shows you are vitamin D deficient. What was actual result and what dose vitamin D are you taking
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, TT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies.
Plus very important to test folate, ferritin and B12 as well as vitamin D
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. If on Levothyroxine, don't take in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
As you had RAI for Graves you may benefit from strictly gluten free diet too

Your FT4 is going up because you're having trouble converting it into T3. That could be something to do with sub-optimal nutrients, or low-calorie diet, or a virus, or even just the fact that you've had RAI. But your FT3 really needs to be higher.
