Medichecks thyroid blood tests

Hello, I have just had the results of a medicheck thyroid vitamin plus blood tests which show low tsh and high t3 plus low vitamin d - results in screenshot below. I don’t have a diagnosis and am not taking any medication but I have been having symptoms since for several months including fatigue, palpitations, muscle aches, concentration problems.

I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice regarding these results and the best next steps? I have made an appointment with my gp at the end of the week and I would really appreciate any thought about my results.

Many thanks

I'm afraid they are to small to read so best to type them out.

It would be a good idea to show these results to your GP and ask for TSI or TRab antibodies to be tested for Graves disease.

Your Vit D should be 100-150nmol/L according to the Vit D Council, although yourGP wont prescribe anything for your level so you'll have to buy your own supplement.

Folate should be half way through it's range, a B complex with methylfolate (not folic acid) will help.

Active B12 isn't low enough to suggest testing for B12 deficiency, but you could check symptoms here b12deficiency.info/signs-an... and if you do have any ask GP to carry out tests. If you do have any signs then don't start taking the B Complex until testing for B12 deficiency has been done.

Ferritin is OK, although for those of us who are Hypo a level of 70 is suggested.
