I been getting Numbness and just uncomfortable feeling underneath the arch of my foot.

Would taking a Super B-Complex help with this?

It might. And it might not. But, you'd be shooting yourself in the foot (no pun intended) (well, maybe just a little one…) if you started taking a B complex without getting your B12 and folate tested first. :)

LOL I feel like doing that it may help :)

B12-509 NG/L

Serum folate-17.7 UG/L

They are good-ish results. But, you might just need more. Try it and see.

Or, how about magnesium? Might be worth trying that, too. But, don't start both at the same time, or you won't know which one is helping.

I had Magnesium tested to as follows: 0.84

what do you think?

If this ones ok too then do I just need more thyroxine?

Absolutely no point in testing magnesium. It will always come back in-range, due to the way the body handles magnesium. But, that doesn't mean you aren't deficient. Most people are, because soils are depleted. And, being hypo, you stand a greater chance of being deficient. So, just take some. Excess is excreted, anyway. :)

oh ok cool what dosage would you recommend?

shall I try that first before B-complex?

I take it Wayne is a man? So, you can take 400 mg magnesium. Entirely up to you which you try first. Maybe the B complex, as that was your first instinct.

Well I say I'm a man lol my girlfriend says otherwise!

Not really first instinct I was just putting it out there really.

So maybe I will give the magnesium a crack shall I take it for say 3 months?

Sounds like a plan. :) Can't do you any harm, I shouldn't think, and might do you a lot of good.
