I have been hypo for 2 years now and find support from Doctors is none exhisistant. I had a blood test about 3 months ago which came back fine but I always feel like I’m wasting their time. The last few months I have been feeling tired, no energy, any form of simple unintentional exercise wipes me out for days. I’m also starving ALL the time, my diet is healthy but it has to be otherwise im going to be overweight (already can’t seem to lose the weight I’ve put on) Basically I was looking to take some vitamins to help but some are very expensive, I dont mind paying it if it’ll help but don’t want to buy something that for example isn’t strong enough, wrong one etc..... any help would be grately appreciated.

Before you buy any supplements you should test the basic vitamins and minerals so that you know what you need and address those. Don't bother with a multivitamin, they aren't worth having as they generally contain too little of anything to help and use the wrong form of active ingredients.
The easiest and cheapest way to test them is as part of a thyroid /Vitamin bundle with one of our recommended labs. You will get a full thyroid panel and all the important vitamins/minerals
TSH
Total T4
FT4
FT3
TPO antibodies
TG antibodies
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
You will then have a complete picture.
Both of these tests are the same and can be done by fingerprick or venous blood draw if you prefer.
