Is Teva Liothyronine inconsistent?

Last year I was given Teva lio during the Mercury debacle, batch no; 10917 exp 09/18 and I actually lost a few pounds during that month, however have been on batch no; 10218 exp 02/19 for 2 days and the early signs of being underactive have resurfaced, which in my case are bags under the eyes and rapid weight gain, 3 lbs in fact. These symptoms were not the result of drinking alcohol or gluttony, no variation in diet at all in fact I cut down a tree which was hard work and I had expected to have lost a few pounds. I know quite a few of you warned me of the ineffectiveness of Teva but why was it so effective last year?
