New blood report.. please help🙏

My tsh incresed to 3.3 😞😞😞 was maintaining it in 1.5 for some months from tsh of 100-150 and symptoms am having right now is in the above link I I had attached.. please see tat too.. what's confusing is tat my ft3 has improved from previous blood test but TSH should be reduced but incresed.. what to do to improve my symptoms, should my ft3 should increase or TSH should b within 1 ?? Kindly tell 🙏

The TSH has nothing to do with your symptoms. Low FT3 causes symptoms. If your FT3 is not at the top of the range, increase the dose.

Oh but then y mam my symptoms are too worse now even though my ft3 Is good ??

Your FT3 is not good. Who told you that? If your FT3 were good, you wouldn't still have symptoms. There is plenty of room for an increase, so try increasing your dose.

If I increse my dose am getting horrible palpitations so don't know what to do 😞
