Hello I got my reverse t3 results any opinions pls

You may be familiar I was feeling unwell and my levels were falling due to a dudd pack of thyroid NDT. I had my blood tested and this is my result that's just come back for reverse t3

Reverse T3 16 ng/dl

Reference range (10-24 ng/dl)

Free t4 0.97 (ref 0.70 - 1.48)

Free t3 2.50 (ref 1.71 - 3.71)

btw I'm back on my usual brand now and feeling good again.

at the moment I've had a 22 day cycle. It's the first time in my life I've had such a short cycle, heavy bleeding.

I'm wondering if it's the dudd tablets that caused my cycle to be excessively short and heavy. Usually I have a 30-31 day cycle.

I started the real tablets around 4 days ago
