Hello : my doctor has now changed my meds again .. 100 mcg one day then 112 the neg . When on 112 I was getting heart palpitations. The tremors are still there 😞. I’m at such a loss not sure what direction to go anymore . I’ve only just switched over in the last week .

So on an alternating dose of 100/112 you have no palpitations? But, looking at your other posts, the trembling that was worse at lower doses remains at 100/112? Did you also get trembling at 112?
Do you have test results to post? Has your fT3 been measured?
Are you taking Levothyroxine only?
Hello . Unfortunately I still am getting the palpitations at the alternating does of 112and 100 snd the internal tremors are less but still there . . I also take vit k , d ( 5000) b complex , selenium and ashwagandha supplements. Im sorry I don’t have my numbers .

I would recommend the same suggestions as the previous posts to alternate 100/112 T4 . Adding nutrients like vitamin "D" , B12/folate , Iron (if ferritin is low) Magnesium . Iron and magnesium will help with the palpitations . Low dose T3/NDT can be very helpful .
Best wishes for successful resolutions .
