If you receive an unsolicited PM (Private Message), please Report It.

Here is how to do it:

1) At the top of a private message box, you see the name of the sender on the left next to their avatar.

2) To the right of the senders name, in light grey, is the time the message was sent, followed by three little dots.

3) To report the message, click on the three little dots. This makes a Report button pop up.

4) Click on the Report button, and you will be presented with a box saying:

Why do you want to report this? with the words Personal Abuse underneath.

5) Clicking on the words Personal Abuse will bring up a list of options to choose from as to why you are reporting the message. (Trolling, Offensive or threatening language, Spam and Other)

6) Choose an appropriate option from the list, and add any additional information in the message box if you want to (this is optional).

Finally, click the Green Report Button and you're done.

And AFTER you've reported the message, you can of course delete it from your message list.

Please be aware that when you report a PM, it goes directly to HealthUnlocked only. Forum Admins do NOT get a copy of your report.

So, if you want to alert forum admins about an unsolicited or dubious private message that you've received, please contact an admin directly.
