Hi

Does anybody take gluten/dairy free protein shakes at all? Is there any that don't make you put weight on?

Pulsin (pea protein) is one I've seen recommended in many places, and it has a really high protein content per serving. At the very least, avoid soya based proteins.

I use this one as well. The chocolate flavour is not too bad at all. Haven't got the bottle to try the unflavoured one!

hi its not so bad, lol. I make a 2 pint mix at once, 1 can coconut milk, same amount of water,4 dried figs, 3 big scoops of beef powder,1min in blender. fill a pint glass for 2moro drink the rest out of jug. Its not bacon and eggs but it does the job.
