I'm considering trying it but can't find much information.
It's a trace mineral/metal.
Supposed to help memory, sleep, hormones, more energy.

This is a link but I'd be very wary and it isn't a hormone as far as I can see but a soft metal.
I wouldn't try it. Indium salts are toxic and have no biological role.
Thanks diogenes, I came across Indium when I was looking at using a nasal spray with nono silver and zinc spray. The company also did nano Indium, so I was curious about what is was used for and thought that suited me. I'm also considering Pregnenolone. My main worry is memory and speaking properly. Had a partial hysterectomy 5 years ago and also diagnosed Hashimoto's and Hypothyroidism. I'm going through the menopause but don't have hot flashes and I'm bordered nearly underweight 166cm 50kg. I've found a few websites that make it sound good, but I can't find much research on humans apart from Dr Henry Schroeder 1971. Hope it's okay to give you a link dcnutrition.com/minerals/in...
