Well, look at the price. You don't get much for that. No, they are not good. They contain iron, for a start, which will block the absorption of all the vitamins. And they contain iodine, which you really shouldn't take without getting tested first. They don't contain enough of anything to treat a true deficiency, and they don't tell you which forms of the nutrients they use, but bound to be the cheapest and least absorbable, given the price.

There are no decent multivits. The very concept is flawed. It's best to get your vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested and take it from there, supplementing just what you need, in the right quantities.

This is basically just a multiple vitamin. Nothing too special, plus has all the problems that greygoose highlights.
