Well, you would be tired with that TSH! It's much too high. But, it will come down in time, and with enough increases. It should come down to about one, eventually. Hang on in, there! :)

Next time you have a blood test get your doctor to check your Vit B12, D Ferritin (stored iron) and Folate. Some or all of these are very often low in people with thyroid issues, however healthily we eat, and they all need to be at really healthy levels (not just at the bottom of the range) in order for our bodies to be able to use the thyroid hormones we take to full effect. I definitely feel better now I am supplementing B12 and D. Post the results here and people will tell you the best form of the various supplements available to take and how much if necessary. Remember to get your blood test done first thing in the morning and don't take your thyroid meds for 24 hours before the test.

Depression is a symptom of your under-medication and should clear once you are properly medictaed.

Ferritin and folate look low to me but without the ranges I can't be sure. Search for some of SeasideSusie 's posts for what to do about it.
