Is flax seed oil or starflower (borage) oil better for hypothyroidism?
Or neither!
Any other supplements recommended please.
I have very thick skin on the sides of my nails, no matter what I do to alleviate it.
Wearing rubber gloves for chores, hand and nail cream, cuticle cream and not biting it off!
Nothing seems to help, and this started @ 2 years ago.

Someone gave me a tub of Lush Lemony Flutter nail butter recently. It’s not something I would ever have bought but I like it, it’s thick and gunky and smells of lemons.
The reviews in their site rave about it - only what you would expect I imagine, but I’ve found it good and it’s not too expensive either.
I haven’t used it for a while and was just looking at my fingers while I was sitting in the car today and thinking I must start using it again.
Think you might be able to get a little sample tub from them to try before you buy it.
