Iron supplement dose /ferritin increase

Hi all!

Just tested ferritin level:

Ferritin 25.8 (10.0-150.0)

Low-ish? So, how would you advise on dosing with iron? I know the right kind, but I am asking the dose amount? 100, 200..?Thanks.

Also: How can low ferritin affect in general? (So I know what supplementing could help with)

P.s. I don't eat meat.

Thanks!

This explains levels you need to support your thyroid. Often the reason we lack the minerals we need is due to the lack of sufficient acid to metabolize them so I suggest you take HCL/Betaine with meals. You could also use cast iron pans for cooking. Can't help with supplementing.
