Hi Happy, it is looking that way but there can be fluctuations with any thyroid tests. There are a couple of medications that will block thyroid hormone like Carbimazole or Propylthiouricil. There should be some other tests like antibodies to find out if this is an autoimmune condition. Maybe a scan of the gland to see if it's enlarged or has nodules. Will there be a follow up? stopthethyroidmadness.com/l...

Oh, sorry, then I agree you are probably over medicated. Is this is new dose for you? Will your doctor agree to lowering your dose? They should. I guess they want to suppress the TSH in your case.

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, TT4, FT3. Essential to test FT3

Plus essential to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12.

Low vitamins are extremely common and can cause air hunger and poor conversion of T4 to T3

Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.

All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting.

If on Levothyroxine, don't take in the 24 hours prior to test, and if on T3 don't take in 12 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
