Some advice please

Hello,

Im a 26 years old spanish boy and i was diagnosed with hypothiroidsm when i was 12. Ive always taken levo 75mg. Last two years ive been taking naturethroid half pill of 3/4 grain and i feel better but still not good. I feel so cold, i am so thin..i have bad circulation too.

I would like to know what is for you the best alternative to levo.

The best one is the one that suits you. We're all different and have to find what's good for us by trial and error. You are only taking a tiny dose of naturethroid, so it wouldn't be surprising if you still had symptoms. When did you last get your levels tested?
