Radio programme on Iodine

I was awake at 2am today so turned on the radio. There was an interesting half hour programme on Iodine including a brief appearance by Mark Vanderpump.

Interesting. However, contrary to what she says, I think more people are aware of the importance of iodine than are aware of the dangers of too much iodine. And she barely touched on that.

However, she did warn about taking kelp supplements being a bad idea.
