Hi all,

After some false starts and horrible issues like panic attacks and tachycardia things have settled a bit. The panic has subsided but I have been told I have PACS which might or might not have been exacerbated by the Eutirox. I have been on 75/100 on alternating days since mid December and today went for a blood test. The results are in the screenshot. I'm looking for advice on my next move. Was thinking 100x5 days and 75 x 2 days which takes me from 87.5 to 93 average, do this for a couple of months and re test the bloods. I'm wary of the moving up too fast as I was put on 150 straight away at first which played havoc and I really don't want to aggravate the PACS or anxiety etc. Also, B12 has gone up from 235 to nearly 700. Antibodies are up, and I have been very careful with a gluten free diet. I have also gone from 97kgs to 89.5kgs.

What about vitamin D, folate and ferritin, have these been tested.

Folate I'vs been supplementing as it was a little low in the range back in December, no to D (though I've been in the sun a fair amount recently) and no to Ferritin.

With Hashimoto's we very often are vitamin D deficient. Either we use more or struggle to make it, almost regardless of diet or sunshine.

I did an experiment of testing vitamin D just before and just after a weeks holiday in strong sun, sunbathing most of day for whole week. Was astonished to find levels did not increase. I have Hashimoto's.

Ferritin is very common to be too low or conversely too high as result of Hashimoto's. Important to test. If appears low, get full iron panel to test for Anaemia
