I hope this is the case for us all. Lovely here, so out I go.

Could do with staying in as my legs are sore. However I'm going to experiment on myself & test out my Better You magnesium gel. I'll let you know the results.

Thanks for replying. The magnesium gel relieved me of the pain, so was pleased with that. Just received my Mag Glycinate order, so hopefully my legs will be relieved of the tiredness & tightness. As with all the things we take, we've just got to give them time & keep everything crossed 😉
