Late last year I had an ultrasound on my neck, said thyroid looked ok but cyst was present 5cmx1.5cm I can feel it when I swallow, today I have woken up with awful headache / earache and another lump in my throat this time on the left but very painful. Any ideas what's going on I feel that my increase to 100mcg of Levothyroxine had very short benefit, I feel worse now than ever, so tired and weak.

I think you need someone to look at your throat and give a definite answer. If doctor cannot fit you in tomorrow I'd go to the A&E.

I am sorry you are feeling so bad and that you are struggling at the moment because you feel so bad.
