T4 is over half way,TSH below range .Doc may want to reduce dose as may say you are over medicated .FT4 would suggest you are not overmedicated but you need FT3 result.Without it do not reduce dose.
Normally 25mcg is added every 6 weeks and then have your bloods retested. BUT I agree with Treepie.
Do you have your blood results from the last test 6-8 weeks ago? To compare?
Please don’t forget to request FT3.

Hi my last test was 14.8 and 1.8, same ranges October 2017. Saw my doctor today and he said ok to leave at 100/day.
Had to go through a lot of other stuff so didn’t have time to ask about FT3, but will do on next appointment. How likely is it he will agree to FT3? If it shows T3 deficiency, what’s the likelihood of getting it on the nhs please? Thank you x
It's the lab that decides if T3 is tested regardless of whether the GP requests it. The lab that does my surgery's thyroid tests will test FT3 if TSH goes below range but not every lab does.
Your GP can't prescribe T3, it has to be prescribed by an endo and at the moment it's doubtful that any new patients will be prescribed it, the NHS don't want to prescribe it because of the cost but are saying there is no evidence that it is useful.
You could get your blood test to include FT3 privately. Blue Horizon or Medichecks Thyroid 11. The latter usually has discounts on Thursdays. I think there’s a new company called Thriva. If you use the former two there’s a link from the thyroiduk.org that benefits either you or helps TUK in some way as a referral. thyroiduk.org/tuk/testing/p...
