I’m just wondering if any others with thyroid problems also suffer with relapsing polychondritis? I’m looking for advice on how others cope with the exhaustion caused by the combination of the usual thryroid symptoms and a polychondritis flare up.
Thanks

Undermedicated on thyroid hormone you will cause fatigue. If you post your recent thyroid results and ranges I can tell you whether you are optimally mediction on thyroid hormone.
You are probably adequately dosed on 125mcg with TSH 0.71 but it would be helpful to have FT4 too. If your GP won't do it you can order TSH, FT4 and FT3 from Blue Horizon or Medichecks via thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin... Medichecks offer #ThyroidThursday discounts.
Ask your GP to check ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate too. They're often deficient/low in hypothyroid patients and that can cause fatigue too.
