Saggyuk has said she has read that the body does need at least some T4. I found this ironic as I've battled for so many years to keep my T3 only NHS prescription. Now thinking I should experiment by taking a small amount of T4.
I was extremely ill on T4 only, but my vits & minerals were probably dire at that time.
Where is the easiest place to buy some from? I don't want to tell either my GP or endo that I'm adding a small amount of T4 or my full dose of T3 will no doubt be reduced.
