I have a fairly large nodule on my thyroid and luckily it is benign and all my blood work shows that I have normal blood work as well. Wanted to hear of any other ways that it would be possible to shrink the nodule. I am on a wait 6 months and get it looked at again approach with Dr’s but I would be up to some suggestions.
Thanks

I looked into this, the options depend on the size of the nodule. Someone more knowledgable will be along soon but my best option for my nodules was to have a thyroidectomy to ease my breathing and compression symptoms.
If your thyroid levels were low and you were prescribed Levothyroxine that might cause some shrinking of the nodule but not usually very much. Surgery is the usual option for large nodules.
